Shooting and Skills Clinic: Circuit workout including shooting, stick handling, plyometrics and strength training..

Please bring your stick, gloves and wear sneakers. We prefer white tape for your sticks if possible. Bring a water bottle or we do have Water, Gatorade, and Prime available for sale. (Cash or Venmo).

Private Lessons:

1 on 1 Lesson: 30 minute lesson $50 per lesson.

1 on 1 Lesson: 50 minute lesson $90 per lesson

2 on 1 Lesson: 50 minute lesson $65 per player.

3 on 1 Lesson: 50 minute lesson $50 per player.

Group Lessons:

Team Package: $150 per team max 20 players.

1 hour Team workout with our staff instruction.

Team Package: $100 per team

Rent facility for an hour for your team or group to be run by your USA Hockey Coach

Use the gym for unlimited use for the term of your membership. Gym memberships allow you to use the gym any time we have open gym hours. Gym will have block out times for clinics. Clinics will be an additional cost to members at a discounted rate. Members also get discounts for skate sharpening, and theme nights!
