Our 4,000 square foot facility features multiple off ice stick handling areas specifically designed to improve your puck skills, hand eye coordination, puck protection, read and reaction, balance, agility, and speed.
Improve your athleticism in our large turf area with agility work or strength train in the gym with our weights, plyometrics, and other fitness equipment.
Shooting Boot Camps
At EH Hockey we host shooting boot camps for athletes of all skill ranges. Our boot camps focus on workouts including shooting, stick handling, plyometrics and strength training.
Services
Come Rent a Lane and practice your shooting, or make use of the entire facility by yourself, or with teammates. We also offer private lessons, semi private lessons and group lessons. Punch cards available!!

Our programs are based on science:
There is science behind being a successful goal scorer. In a recent article by the OMHA, they tracked every goal scored in the NHL last season and outlined what shots were used in which specific areas of the ice (wrist, snap, slap, backhand, and tip in). 34% of all goals scored in the NHL last year were within 10-20 feet of the net with wrist shots being the most successful.

Puck touches with purpose is essential for improvement. Practice with a purpose forces weaknesses to improve to proficiency. Slow precises movement with focus on technique develops advanced skill sets. We will challenge each player outside your comfort zone to bring you to the next level!
